Bulk Actions

Bulk Actions offer a means to perform administrative activities for a large volume of cases at once, saving time and helping maintain operational efficiency.

Bulk Case Reassignment allows cases to be reassigned to a different Case Lead in the same or an alternate queue. This feature makes it easy to transfer case work to a different Case Lead if the current team member is no longer available, either temporarily or permanently. It also supports efficient reassociation of cases to queues if operational changes involve a reorganization of queues.

Bulk Case Resolution allows administrative users to close multiple cases at once. This feature may be useful if your organization's environment has become cluttered for some reason with obsolete or duplicative cases. When cases are closed using the Bulk Case Resolution feature, they are removed from Case Central's open case inventory, but response data is not sent to e-OSCAR®.

Bulk Add Users is a feature available on the Manage Users page. It offers an efficient way to onboard a group of new users during implementation or at any point when multiple users are being added to Case Central®.

Bulk File Export allows users to export case file attachments across multiple cases simultaneously. It provides the option to download all selected files into a single folder or grouped by case number, depending on user preference.
