Global Email Notifications

When Global Email Notifications have been enabled, Case Central will send system-generated email notifications to users. Event triggers and email subjects include case assignment, status updates for assigned cases, and To Do reminders.

In addition, this setting allows team members to leverage the Send Email action on the Case Details page.

Enable Global Email Notifications

  • To access the Manage System Preferences page, click Settings on the vertical sidebar menu. Then go to System SetupSystem Preferences.

  • To enable system emails, click the Toggle Off icon to move the toggle switch to the right Toggle On position.
