Global Email Notifications
When Global Email Notifications have been enabled, Case Central will send system-generated email notifications to users. Event triggers and email subjects include case assignment, status updates for assigned cases, and To Do reminders.
In addition, this setting allows team members to leverage the Send Email action on the page.
Enable Global Email Notifications
To access the page, click on the vertical sidebar menu. Then go to → .
To enable system emails, click the
icon to move the toggle switch to the right
position.
