System of Record Refresh
System of Record Refresh Preferences
System settings related to the designated System of Record(s) control the mechanisms and timing of refreshing the data that will be used for comparison to the information received in a dispute or used to open a case.
An on-demand manual refresh option is offered to facilitate accuracy in the Data Compare step of an Investigation Checklist.
In addition, automatic refreshes (or background refreshes) of System of Record data can be enabled to help ensure that each case contains the most recent account data available. When the System of Record Background Check setting is enabled, values can be entered to ensure the update is finished before launching the Investigation Checklist and to set the time interval between automated data refreshes.
