Case Central® offers export options to support case documentation and retrieval needs.
Bulk File Export allows users to export file attachments from multiple cases, either into a single folder or grouped by case number. Files can be downloaded as a flat list (all in one folder) or organized by case number (separate folders per case). Filtering options let users narrow down the files they want to export based on metadata such as File Name, File Type, File Date, Source, or key Case Details (e.g., Status, Category, Resolved On date).
The Case Audit Export is useful for both the management and oversight of dispute cases as well as its ability to provide supporting evidence for a regulatory audit. Once a case has been Resolved, a well-formatted PDF document can be generated that organizes and documents the details of the case.
The PDF documents are generated and stored within the administration pages to provide additional security. Access to this feature may be granted to non-administrative users on a case-by-case basis, but each organization controls such access for themselves. Configurable settings allow for certain parameters to be adjusted, including whether sensitive data fields should be redacted or masked for security purposes.
