Case Vitals
The Case Vitals are an overview of the most important details associated with a case. They display information regarding the scope and status of the dispute. It also displays the Case Status and Last Activity fields.

The Case Vitals ribbon includes:
Regarding - the customer tied to the dispute
Dispute Reason - A numeric code identifying why the case was created. Each code carries a specific meaning - for instance, 103 indicates fraud.
Case Lead - the user leading or responsible for the case.
Account Info - The account details associated with the dispute.
Response Due - The deadline for submitting a response to the case.
Click the
icon to view or hide these details as needed.
Case Status
The Case Status field indicates the current state of a case.
General Status shows whether the case is Active or Inactive.
Status provides more specific progress details and can be set to: Under Review, Pending Assignment, On Hold, Resolved, or Pending QA Review.
QA Status is available for tracking quality assurance progress.
Escalate Case
Last Activity
The Last Activity field displays the most recent action recorded in the Activity Feed for the case. For example, it may show updates such as View Case Checklist, Status Updated by Automated Process, Case Details Updated by Level Access etc.
