Case Central® Knowledge Base

Case Central® offers native email and letter generation capabilities to provide for a more comprehensive case investigation record.

By taking advantage of the Merge Fields feature, which populates specific case data values dynamically, the use of templates increases efficiency dramatically while still providing the specific details necessary for effective communication to Account Holders. Templates are also essential tools for applying centralized governance and best practices to the dispute management process. Templates help ensure compliance to policies and consistent messaging across team members and Account Holders.

Both Email Templates and Letter Templates can be created and managed in this grouping of Administration settings features. In addition, Case Central supports the use of Letterhead Templates, digital letterheads that can be applied to any letter correspondence generated from the system.
