Account Access settings include those that create and manage licensed users and their Permissions within Case Central®.
Permission Templates can be created and managed here, which facilitate permission management by applying a specific set of access Permissions to a user. Further customization of a user's privileges is still supported, so a template can be used as a starting point for configuration or as a standard permission profile.
Queues are also created and managed here, so that groups with similar operational roles or in the same line of business can be represented in the system and assigned work in a similar fashion as they would within the organization generally. Queue membership is managed here, as well as the functions each member is allowed to fulfill with a case's lifecycle.
Users are managed here, allowing system administrators to activate and inactivate user accounts. Granular permission settings control the access non-Administrator users have within the system. Permissions can be granted for only certain pages or functionality as well as for only specific types of cases based on the data they contain.
