Data Masking
The Data Masking setting controls how sensitive personal information is displayed on the screen. When enabled, the following fields will be masked, showing only the last four digits:
Account Number
Date of Birth
Social Security Number
This ensures that Personally Identifiable Information (PII) remains partially hidden while still allowing necessary case details to be visible for processing.
To enable Data Masking, click 
icon to move the toggle switch to the right 
position.
Note
This setting is independent of the Data Masking setting for the Case Audit Export PDF, which governs how these details appear in exported case documents.
